Platform Rules

• Collusion or match-fixing with other players
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Impersonation or false representation
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Spam, phishing, or malicious content distribution

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

Gaming and Stakes

When participating in games on Band4Band:

• You understand that stakes are real money and losses are final
• Prize pools are distributed according to game rules and results
• All game results are final and binding
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify games in cases of technical issues or rule violations
• Refunds are only provided in cases of platform errors or technical failures

Account Management

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on the Band4Band platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Band4Band or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute related to gameplay, payments, or platform services:

• First, contact our support team through the platform or at support@band4band.com
• We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe
• If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be subject to binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law

Limitation of Liability

Band4Band provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from gameplay or platform use
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Third-party actions or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
